The transport of your order in Spain

All purchases will be delivered to the address consigned by the customer, except for the absence of the recipient or that due to its weight, volume or nature of the property, do not allow a person to deliver, in which case it will be made at the door of the street or in the delegation of destination.

In case of absence of the recipient, a note of notification of attempted delivery will be left.

The general delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Calzados Silvio will not be responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its management or force majeure. The provision of services will be carried out on weekdays and from Monday to Friday. In the temporary calculation of the deadlines, the holidays of the locality of the delivery will be excluded.

All our shipments are made through Correos Express, SEUR and UPS, the delivery time is as a general rule 48 and 72 hours, rest of Communities, please consult the table below.

These delivery times are without taking into account weekends and holidays.

All orders received by Calzados Silvio, from 13:00, will be counted as received the next day.

In the temporary calculation of the deadlines, the holidays of the locality of the delivery will be excluded. The delivery times of the order are understood without prejudice to the delays that may be caused by force majeure or fortuitous reasons (temporary, snow, strikes, etc.).

The products sent to the Canary Islands (Spain) do not carry VAT, but the customer must pay import taxes. Any questions, please contact us.
