Returns or right of withdrawal of products


You have the right to withdraw or return the product(s) purchased with us within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

Out of money-back guarantee:

- If the product, once delivered, suffers deterioration caused by external events, accidents or non-compliance with the instructions for use.
- If the product is damaged by installation or incorrect configuration of accessories by the customer.
- If it is a custom-made or customized product.
- If the product is not in perfect condition and with all the original content.
- If the packaging has not been protected so that we receive it in perfect condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). We recommend that you contact us via email to help you in the process.

You can use the model withdrawal form that you will have received together with the purchase invoice, although its use is not mandatory. You also have the option to complete and send electronically the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our ventas@calzadossilvio.com mail. If you resort to this option, we will inform you without delay by the same means of the receipt of said withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.


Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.


How to proceed

To process a return you must previously contact us on 976 483 928 or by email at ventas@calzadossilvio.com. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

-You can fill in the withdrawal form that you will receive along with the purchase invoice
-Download the pdf that you will find here, complete it and send it by email or by ordinary mail

Prepare the return using a suitable packaging that protects the product(s) to be returned (box, bag, etc.)

We remind you that the items that are going to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent.

Then they will receive the confirmation of said return so that they can proceed next to send the goods by the means that the customer deems most appropriate, bearing in mind that such expenses will be borne by the customer. (The cheapest way to get the package to us is from your nearest post office.)

The refund will be withheld until you have received the goods and checked the condition of them.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, the amount will be refunded in the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the payment method made by the customer, except payment in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer.

Changing products

To process a change for another size or model you must previously contact us on 976 483 928 or by email at ventas@calzadossilvio.com, do not forget to indicate the size or model you want to change.

Prepare the change using a suitable packaging that protects the product(s) to be changed (box, bag, etc.). We remind you that the items to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which they were sent and unused.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a change. You must send them by your own means, for example Correos. Once received we will proceed to the full refund of the product, and must place an order again.
