Returns or right of withdrawal for products
You have the right to withdraw from or return the product(s) purchased from us within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.
Exclusions from the right to return:
- If, once delivered, the product suffers deterioration caused by external circumstances, accidents or failure to follow the instructions for use.
- If the product is damaged due to incorrect installation or configuration of accessories by the customer.
- If it is a made-to-measure or personalised product.
- If the product is not in perfect condition and with all its original contents.
- If the packaging has not been adequately protected so that we receive it in perfect condition.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). We recommend contacting us by email so that we can assist you with the process.

You may use the model withdrawal form that you will have received with your purchase invoice, although its use is not mandatory. You also have the option of completing and sending the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically via our email address ventas@calzadossilvio.com. If you choose this option, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by the same means.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of this right before the relevant period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
How to proceed
To arrange a return, you must first contact us on 976 483 928 or by email at ventas@calzadossilvio.com. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Prepare the return using suitable packaging to protect the product(s) being returned (box, bag, etc.)
Please remember that returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent.
You will then receive confirmation of the return, after which you should send the goods using the method you consider most appropriate, bearing in mind that the associated costs will be paid by the customer. (The most economical way of sending us the parcel is from your nearest post office.)
The refund will be withheld until we have received the goods and checked their condition.
Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded under the terms established in RDL 1/2007, using the payment method chosen by the customer, except for cash payments, which will be refunded by bank transfer.
Product exchanges
To arrange an exchange for another size or model, you must first contact us on 976 483 928 or by email at ventas@calzadossilvio.com. Please remember to tell us the size or model you wish to exchange.
Prepare the exchange using suitable packaging to protect the product(s) being exchanged (box, bag, etc.). Please remember that items to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were sent and must be unworn.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request an exchange. You must send the items using your own means, for example Correos. Once received, we will issue a full refund for the product, and you will need to place a new order.
